The Store is officially open! Click the link to purchase over the internet via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted). You do not need PayPal to complete the transaction, but if you already have a PayPal account, then you can purchase the DVD through your existing account. The DVD is now also available on eBay. If you prefer not to order over the internet, you can print out the order form on the bottom of this page and mail it to the listed address. Please note that:
  1. All DVDs are being shipped from Southern California.
  2. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS with the flat rate: $2.00 USPS Ground.
  3. Shipping to Canada costs $3.50; shipping to Europe costs $5.00.
  4. We do not offer USPS 2nd or Next Day because orders will be shipped out the afternoon of the following business day.
  5. All California orders will be charged an 8.25% sales tax.
  6. Currently we do not have an automated process to receive International Orders on the internet other than from Canada and Europe. If you are located outside of the U.S., we want to get you the DVD so please contact the Sales Department and we will work to get you the lowest shipping rate possible.
